That’s why every new tire purchased from Tiremaster or one of our authorized resellers comes with 2 years of tire insurance, at no additional cost to you.
This exclusive protection covers you against unexpected road hazards that can damage your tires, so you can enjoy every drive with complete peace of mind. And because emergencies don’t wait, you also benefit from a 24/7 roadside assistance service available throughout Mauritius.
What’s Covered
Your tires are protected for 24 months from the date of purchase against:
- Potholes and debris on public roads (nails, glass, stones, branches, etc.)
- Damage that causes a loss of air or makes the tire unfit for use
- 24/7 assistance in case of tire damage or emergency situations on the road
- Repair or replacement carried out by an authorized Tiremaster facility
Each tire remains covered until it reaches 4.5 mm tread depth or the 24-month period ends — whichever comes first.
What’s Not Covered
The insurance does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear, aging, or dry rot
- Misuse, overloading, or mechanical issues (e.g. misalignment)
- Damage from fire, theft, vandalism, collision, or off-road use
- Tires used for commercial, racing, or emergency purposes
- Cosmetic issues such as scuffs or discoloration
How It Works
- When you buy your new tires, your reseller registers your purchase in our Tiremaster Insurance Portal.
- You’ll receive a confirmation by SMS and email, including your coverage period, claim contact details, and 24/7 emergency helpline number.
- Keep your invoice and email confirmation — these are your proof of coverage.
Need to Make a Claim?
If your tire is damaged:
- Contact Tiremaster Assistance on the 800 30 30 provided in your confirmation.
- Share your invoice and registration details.
- A technician will inspect your tire, and if the damage is due to a covered road hazard, it will be repaired or replaced according to the policy.
